In May 2007 Lino and Sarah Poli of Firenze set out to create a Pizzeria with real style - welcome to Boboli Restaurant.
Set in the very next village to Firenze, regarded as one of the finest Italian restaurants in the country, our reputation for great service, food and surroundings continues at Boboli, but on a simpler, more rustic Italian level.
A great place for the whole family, we open early at 6pm Monday to Saturday just to make sure even the youngest Pizza lover can come along!
As well as superb home made Pizzas, one look at the menu will tell you this is not all that can be enjoyed at Boboli, the freshest of seafood and fine local meats, seasonal vegetables with some wonderful traditional Italian favorites too.
An excellent all Italian wine list offers something for every palate, and changes regularly, with some wonderful little known gems to discover.

An introduction to the Boboli menu
We are expecting to change the menu twice a year, once for the autumn/winter season and then again for spring/summer. Aiming to keep it extensive and seasonal.
We hope that you will enjoy our traditional pizzas made with the premium pizza flour, Caputo from Napoli, and adorned with the best authentic Italian toppings we can source; even the mozzarella is the genuine article.
All our dishes, including the puddings and ice cream, are prepared here in the Boboli kitchen, using some of the best local and Italian ingredients.
Also available is “Baby Boboli” our children’s menu designed for our younger diners, available up to 8.00pm every evening.
And for special events in your life why not host your party with us. We have party menus available or can tailor one especially to suit your taste and budget.

Christmas opening times at Boboli
Just to make it that bit easier for you to plan your festivities, here is a little note of our opening hours over Christmas.
Open for lunch and dinner as usual throughout December, up to and including 24th December.
Closed on 25th and 26th December.
Reopen for lunch and dinner as usual from 27th December.

Daily bread direct from the Boboli ovens
Being passionate about serving our customers the very best has a lot of perks, getting out of bed early every day to make bread isn't one of them!
Being the foundation of every self respecting Italian table, bread is as important to us as any other part of the meal, so what better place to provide it than Boboli's very own kitchens.
We use the finest of Italian flour and ingredients, and constantly experiment to bring you new and exciting variations, you'll always find a dish of some peppery Olive Oil near by too, for the odd dipping - delicious!
Pizza and Prosecco - what a combination!
A few weeks ago we celebrated a very special day - the official opening of Boboli.
A few bottles of fine Italian bubbly where popped, and served with a selection of Boboli Pizzas, lovingly hand made by Allessandro and his team in the kitchen.
We saw literally hundreds of friendly faces come through the doors, and although we where all completely shattered by the end, we were happy in the knowledge that Boboli has already won a warm place in peoples hearts (and stomachs to be fair) since its opening in May this year.
All that is left to say is a huge thank you to you all for all the love and support we have received so far.
